New Room

I took some pictures of our new room. As I mentioned before we had switched with our roomate and got a new bed. We decided to paint and then put up Jaycee's Crib...(we weren't planning on doing that for another few months or even at all) Since we decided to not rush into buying a house and take our time finding one that we liked we have to live with what we have. Jaycee will be sharing our room for a couple months. Which is fine becuase we figured she would be in our room anyways. But I really like the new colors and the new room. Feels alot more "Homey" than we used to have so it's really nice!

Ha, today was quite an eventful Saturday! Justin and I both had to work today and after work we went to City Furniture and continued our search for a new mattress and bed frame! We had both decided that we wanted a King size instead of our currrent Queen size. Between me being super pregnant right now, Justin wanting his Space in bed, and our giant dog always wanting to sleep with us we thought it was a great idea to get a bigger bed!! Best idea! We found a memory foam that we loved better than any other mattress that we had layed on..This mattress was made by Kevin Charles. I never heard of him before but apparently he is from Fort Lauderdale and the company makes their mattresses exlcusively for City Furniture. It was pretty much the best quality and comfort for the price. So we got that awesome mattress along with a really nice platform bed with a really low foot board....so this way I don't have to crawl over him to get out of bed and also we won't be running into it like we were our other foot board!!! Oh and we also got new king size memory foam pillows....becuase we did have like 10 pillows on our old bed..so we realized we just wanted like one or 2 good pillows each. So we spent the rest of the night putting together the bed and getting things ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow we have another busy day, our roomate Laura is switching rooms with us. She has the master suite and we just have the other small bedroom. So with having Jaycee and all and realizing we probably arnt going to buy a house down here or even be moving until probably around xmas time we realized we needed more space....So now comes the task of moving all of this stuff......
Laura has been gone in Illinois since the beginning of April. She always goes back for a while but then usually goes back again in september...I told her she couldnt leave becuase thats when Jaycee is suppose to arrive. So she just made sure she stayed extra long this time! She comes back on Monday night so we are hoping to have her room all fixed up by the time she gets back!! We dont want her to have to come home to a mess of a house! Well, I am exhausted and so is Jaycee. I have to go get the brand new sheets out of the dryer and put them on the bed somehow....If i can get Justin to wake up....:) Poor guy was exhausted himself!

Well....where to begin. had off of work today. Another boring day. I was lazy allll day but I think that is allowed once and a while, right? Besides giving Rico a bath outside...I had my doctors appointment bright and early. Haven't gained any weight since the last time I went 2 weeks ago. Which is okay becuase on average I usually gain like 7 pounds a month, well at least the past couple months. I have gained 30 pounds total...still have 2 more months left. I am not really worried, becuase I know what I gain I will be able to lose quickly. Doctor said everything looked great, heard the heartbeat, sounded normal! So I go back in another 2 weeks and I actually got to send in my pre-registration for the hospital so I dont have to do it while im in pain. Thank god! The worst part about being pregnant I think is not really being able to take any medicines while you are sick or if you have allergies. Ever since I was in Wisconsin back in the beginning of June I have had horrible allergies. My nose is just aweful. I occasionally will take Claritin for it but they still don't seem to go away. I can't wait till summer is over!!! (Not to mention it is like a sauna outside)

I will put up some pictures from the past couple months that I really like, just to add to my Blog....for fun becuase I am bored and maybe some of my family and/or friends can see a lil bit of the past. Also see what Justin looks like beccuase no one has met him yet!!!

What a relaxing weekend

The 4-D ultrasound I got done while in Milwaukee. I was 26 weeks here.

My latest Bellyshot! 29 weeks. As of this last posting I am 30 weeks, almost 31!

Well today was a bit more interesting than yesterday. Our weedeater broke last weekend so we decided to go to Lowe's this morning and buy another one. We have to do the lawn usually every weekend becuase it rains so much in the summer time it grows so fast. Justin did that while I did some laundry and organized the garage a little bit more...Which I just totally cleaned I think it was on friday. After that we decided to go to the Pool...but when we got there it was closed for some reason..so we had to go to an apartment pool where one of our friends used to live. It was alright but there were some younger punk children there without parents driving us nuts. They were just really loud and obnoxious....There is a different way I could describe these four boys but that was about the nicest way I could think.
That was our day. We came home, had lunch, and did some relaxing. Took a nap and just watched some tv. We are trying to get in as much sleep and relaxation as we can within the next 8-10 weeks as we can. Speaking of Jaycee... She's doing great, she moves around a ton! Feels like a massage chair in my stomach rolling around the top of it! lol it's super cute. She's been getting the hiccups alot and the stomach is extremely tight. I have to work tomorrow and then I have a Doctor's appt on tuesday. I will have an appt every 2 weeks until I hit 36 weeks...then it will be once a week.

By the way, I am still learning how to work out this Blog thing so bare with me! :)

Boring 4th of July

This 4th of July was very different than the past years. Justin and I really didn't do anything special except watch beautiful fireworks from our backyard. We don't have many friends here and the ones we do all like to drink. I mean we usually go hang out with them and have a good time without drinking but we just didn't feel like going with them and heading out to the beach. It would have been a nightmare, no doubt. And not to mention the belly is getting bigger so I really don't feel like doing much anyways. It's so tight!!! It's even getting tough for me to take Rico for a walk anymore becuase he likes to walk to fast for me! Tomorrow should be a more exciting day..we plan on doing something outside like either going to the beach or heading to a local pool.
